My Journey In 2nd quarter in ICT

As a Year 10 student looking back on my second semester of ICT, I am grateful for the breadth of knowledge and skills I have gained during this time. The integration of ICT in the curriculum is instructive and practical, enabling the understanding of different aspects of the digital environment. 
First, the research on digital literacy has been amazing. Learning how to navigate online platforms, distinguish between reliable sources and fake information, and understand digital security measures are skills that apply not only to academia, but also to everyday life. In a world where information is readily available, my digital literacy allows me to make informed decisions and engage critically with the online world.Second, my introduction to programming and coding was challenging and rewarding. As a newcomer to coding, I've found that the process of learning a programming language is similar to discovering a new language for logic and problem solving. Participating in coding projects not only improved my computational thinking skills, but also sparked my interest in exploring additional opportunities in software development and technology-related fields. Finally, grappling with the ethical considerations of technology is a thought-provoking aspect of ICT in Year 10. Discussions about digital citizenship, online privacy and responsible use of technology made me think about my digital footprint and the impact of my activities online. Understanding the ethical implications of technology use is important for fostering a culture of responsibility and respect in the digital realm.In conclusion, ICT provided valuable insights and practical skills beyond the confines of the classroom in the second term of Year 10.
 It gave me the tools to confidently navigate the digital world, encouraged me to explore new avenues in technology, and instilled in me a sense of responsibility for the ethical use of technology. As we continue our journey in IT and beyond, we are grateful for the foundation we laid this quarter and look forward to further exploration and growth in the technology space.

My reflection in 3rd Quarter

Reflecting on the third quarter of Year 10, I have gained  valuable learning experiences and insights. My understanding of various subjects improved, I developed new study habits, and  my time management skills improved.  I was also able to discover my strengths and weaknesses, allowing me to focus on areas that needed improvement and further develop my strengths.    Throughout the quarter, I faced a number of challenges, including balancing my academic workload, managing extracurricular activities, and tackling difficult topics in certain subjects. These problems sometimes led to stress and depression. To solve these problems, I implemented several strategies.
